Overview

Aderant is seeking a AI Enablement Partner.

Aderant is a global industry leading software company providing comprehensive business management solutions for law firms and other professional services organizations with a mission to help them run a better business. We are motivated by a collective desire to drive the legal industry to the forefront of innovation. With over 2,500 clients around the world, including 95 of the top AmLaw 100 firms, we are changing the outside perception of the legal sphere; where there was once resistance to modernization, we are creating a culture that embraces new ideas and technology.

At Aderant, the “A” is more than just a letter. It is a representation of how we fulfill our foundational purpose, serving our clients. It embodies our core values and reminds us that to achieve success, every day must start with the “A”. We bring the “A” to life by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. We encourage our diverse teams to bring their whole selves to work – ideas, experience, and passion – to drive our mission forward. Our people are our strength.

Role Description

The AI Enablement Partner sits within Aderant's People Team. This role requires a passion for non-stop learning and creating best-in-class learning experiences that drive business forward through AI readiness. You will learn a ton, partner, and collaborate with many teams. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible daily impact in a rapidly transforming company.

We’re seeking an AI Enablement Partner to accelerate how our teams learn, adopt, and apply AI across the business and within our learning ecosystem. In this role, you’ll design and deliver programs, resources, and strategies that help employees at every level, from engineering and sales to client services, marketing, product, and support, and use AI responsibly and effectively.

You’ll also play a central role in building and leading our AI Champion Group, a network of early adopters who drive grassroots innovation and share best practices across the organization.

If you’re passionate about technology and energized by helping others embrace it, this is the opportunity to shape how we become an AI-powered organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design preferred
  • Six or more years of experience designing and delivering technical learning or enablement programs within technology-driven organizations
  • Solid understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, including strengths, limitations, bias, privacy, and evaluation
  • Proven instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging, accessible learning for diverse audiences
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
  • Experience supporting or managing a champion or ambassador program, or another structured community of practice
  • Demonstrated ability to foster and sustain cross-functional networks of practice such as champion groups, user communities, or guilds
  • Strong project management expertise, including experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Experience in vendor management, including evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units to identify workflows where AI can add measurable value.
  • Lead and expand the AI Champion Group by facilitating regular meetings, providing enablement resources, and empowering champions to act as advocates within their teams.
  • Design and deliver learning programs such as training, workshops, on-demand modules, playbooks, and best practice guides to raise AI literacy across the organization.
  • Conduct demos and hands-on sessions to showcase AI tools and practical use cases, ensuring employees can apply them effectively in their day-to-day work.
  • Create and manage initiatives that drive continuous learning, including both functional learning plans (engineering, sales, client services, marketing, support) and organizational learning strategies.
  • Define and promote standards, policies, and practices that ensure the safe, ethical, and effective adoption of AI.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on AI tools, capabilities, and limitations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Monitor emerging AI trends, tools, and research—especially within legal tech—and assess their potential benefits, risks, and relevance to the business.
  • Coach and mentor leaders and teams in adopting AI-enabled practices, measuring outcomes such as adoption rates, performance improvements, and risk reduction.
  • Support organizational change management efforts by helping employees’ transition, building confidence, and embedding AI into everyday workflows.
