Role Description

We are seeking a Principal Analyst, Strategic Finance to drive forward-looking and value-creating initiatives. This role will own strategic financial modeling across M&A, pricing, and long-term planning, providing critical insights to the CFO, executive leadership, and board. The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience and is ready to apply those skills in a corporate environment with direct exposure to enterprise-level decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills (M&A, valuation, scenario planning, pricing)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate numbers into strategy
  • Excellent communication skills with executive presence
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus

Responsibilities

  • M&A Support: Build detailed financial models for acquisitions, including valuation, accretion/dilution, and synergy analysis. Partner with corporate development and business leaders on due diligence.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Lead analyses that shape go-to-market strategy, optimize margin expansion, and inform product-level decisions.
  • Long-Range Planning: Develop and maintain 5+ year financial models, scenario plans, and capital allocation frameworks to guide enterprise growth.
  • Executive Insights: Deliver strategic modeling and clear recommendations to support CFO, executive leadership, and board discussions.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide data-driven insights on high-priority initiatives, from growth opportunities to efficiency levers.
