Role Description

The Program Manager will play a critical role in leading complex initiatives and ensuring successful delivery in alignment with business objectives. Partnering closely with executives and cross-functional teams, this role will oversee program scope, governance, and success metrics while proactively managing risks and driving resolution of issues. With a strong focus on stakeholder alignment, strategic planning, and cross-team collaboration, this position will suit someone highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • 3–5+ years of program or project management experience. 
  • A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment, with the ability to lead large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs. 
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies  
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and build relationships at individual and management levels. 
  • Tracking project deliverables using the appropriate CRM and Professional Services Automation tools on a daily basis (e.g., Jira, OpenAir, Salesforce, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).  
  • Ability to both report and track project status while also contributing insights and recommendations to ensure the project outcome is completed. We are seeking not just a project manager, but also a program leader invested in leading the achievement of the desired outcomes. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (PMP certification preferred).

Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution 

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Define and managed program scope, success metrics, and governance frameworks. 
  • Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to ensure program success. 

 

Stakeholder Management 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including executives, department leaders, and external partners. 
  • Facilitate effective communication across business and technical teams, ensuring transparency and accountability. 
  • Align cross-functional priorities and manage stakeholder expectations. 

Strategic Planning & Alignment 

  • Partner with leadership to define long-term strategic goals and translate them into actionable tasks. 
  • Drive alignment across business units to ensure programs support organizational growth and transformation. 
  • Lead program reviews, providing insights, dashboards, and reports on progress, risks, and outcomes. 

Team Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. 
  • Promote collaboration across global, cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and knowledge sharing. 
  • Champion program management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
