Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Vice President of Professional Services to lead our client-facing delivery organization through a pivotal transformation—from traditional software implementation to modern SaaS deployment. This role is critical to ensuring our enterprise law firm clients experience seamless onboarding, accelerated time-to-value, and long-term success with our cloud-based solutions. 

Qualifications

  • SaaS Implementation Expertise: Proven track record leading the transition from traditional software delivery to SaaS implementation in a B2B enterprise environment. 

  • AI Transformation Leadership: Experience driving AI adoption within services organizations, including use cases such as predictive onboarding, automated configuration, and client sentiment analysis. 

  • Professional Services Leadership: 10+ years of experience in professional services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. 

  • Client-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of enterprise client needs, especially in complex, regulated industries such as legal, financial services, or healthcare. 

  • Change Management: Demonstrated success in leading organizational change, including team reskilling, process redesign, and stakeholder alignment. 

  • Metrics-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs such as time-to-value, utilization, NPS, and services margin. 

  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional ability to communicate vision, inspire teams, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with enterprise legal technology or professional services automation platforms. 

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and PSA platforms. 

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree. 

Responsibilities

  • Transformation Leadership: Spearhead the shift from traditional on-premise software implementation to scalable, repeatable SaaS delivery models. 

  • AI-Driven Services Evolution: Champion the integration of AI into professional services workflows to enhance implementation speed, client insights, and service scalability. 

  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing professional services team across implementation, onboarding, and client enablement functions. 

  • Client Success Partnership: Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment on client outcomes and feedback loops. 

  • Operational Excellence: Drive process standardization, automation, and metrics-based performance management to improve delivery efficiency and client satisfaction. 

  • Strategic Planning: Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for services transformation, including talent development, tooling, and methodology evolution. 

  • Revenue Enablement: Partner with Sales and Finance to align services offerings with commercial strategy, including scoping, pricing, and margin optimization.
