Role Description

The Senior Director, Business Transformation is a strategic operations leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide process innovation through AI and emerging technologies. This role partners directly with the CEO and CFO to reimagine core operations, optimize organizational effectiveness, and embed an AI-first mindset across the business. A natural change agent, the Senior Director will lead cross-functional initiatives that modernize systems, elevate performance, and increase agility at scale. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in business operations, transformation, or enterprise strategy within a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
  • Experience driving AI, Machine Learning, and other technology initiatives.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and complex change.
  • High EQ and executive presence; able to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations as well as workflow automation technology and modern analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership of Process Improvement

  • Design and execute a transformation roadmap that reduces manual effort and embeds intelligent, tech-enabled processes across the enterprise.
  • Translate CEO, CFO, and executive priorities into scalable operational models powered by automation and intelligent systems.
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of high-impact use cases for AI across departments (e.g., services, support, finance, marketing).

AI Solution Deployment & Governance

  • Serve as the business lead for AI solution development and rollout, working in partnership with office of CTO.
  • Establish governance for AI initiatives, including responsible use, risk frameworks, and cost-benefit tracking.
  • Operational Effectiveness Insights & Analytics
  • Redesign workflows, performance rhythms, and KPI systems to monitor operational effectiveness.
  • Support the CEO and CFO with strategic insights, scenario planning, and dashboards for real-time performance optimization.

Culture & Change Management

  • Foster a culture of innovation and AI fluency across teams through enablement programs.
  • Promote a bottom-up approach to ideation and experimentation where every employee feels empowered to challenge the status quo and explore creative solutions.
  • Champion change by creating transparent communication and adoption strategies, driving excitement for what’s next.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the technology, information, and other business leaders to ensure transformation initiatives align with enterprise strategy and technology vision.
