Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Demand Generation Manager to lead and scale global marketing initiatives across our legal software portfolio. This senior-level role will be instrumental in driving awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue impact through strategic, data-driven demand generation programs. You will own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with product, sales, and content teams to deliver measurable results across inbound and outbound channels—including search, web, social, and email.

 

This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and will serve as a key partner to sales and product leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a test-and-learn mindset, and is passionate about driving business outcomes through marketing innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and lead lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in legal tech or SaaS industries preferred.
  • Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Exhibits a strong passion for emerging technologies and the use of AI to enhance marketing performance and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts with personalized, multi-touch programs that align with sales priorities.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align campaign goals with business objectives and buyer journeys.
  • Own campaign performance from planning through execution, including audience segmentation, messaging, channel mix, and reporting.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketers, providing strategic oversight and campaign best practices.
  • Leverage marketing automation platforms(e.g., Marketo) to build, launch, and optimize campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and implement testing strategies to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Report on campaign impact to stakeholders through dashboards, monthly reviews, and sales-marketing alignment meetings.
