We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure architecture for our SaaS platform, which operates across AWS and Azure and integrates AI-driven technologies. This role is critical in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data while enabling innovation and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a security architecture role.
• Deep expertise in cloud security for both AWS and Azure.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, microservices, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding and experience building a Zero Trust architecture.
• Experience securing AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, and APIs.
• Participate in security architecture design reviews and threat modelling of our products.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and OWASP.
• Proficiency in identity and access management (IAM), encryption, network security, and logging/monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent customer presence and ability to discuss security related issues with clients as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or Azure Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect.
• Experience with tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Databricks, Sentinel, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, or Defender for Cloud.
• Knowledge of secure AI practices, including model governance and adversarial threat mitigation.

• Design and oversee secure cloud architectures across AWS and Azure environments.
• Define and enforce security standards, policies, and best practices for SaaS applications and AI/ML workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Evaluate and implement security tools and technologies, including CSPM, CWPP, SIEM, and IAM solutions.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews for new and existing systems.
• Lead incident response planning and support investigations of security events.
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Provide guidance on secure use of AI/ML models, and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor other members of the team and act as the escalation point for security issues
