At Aderant, the “A” is more than just a letter. It is a representation of how we fulfill our foundational purpose, serving our clients. It embodies our core values and reminds us that to achieve success, every day must start with the “A”. We bring the “A” to life by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant (EA) to provide strategic and administrative support to our CEO, CPO, and broader executive team. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency at the highest levels of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, professional polish, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and sensitive communications with discretion and ease.
This position is hybrid, typically requiring in-office presence 4 days a week — though flexibility is key, as the schedule is closely aligned with the CEO’s in-office calendar. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
2-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong background in managing international travel and executive-level expenses.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; poised, polished, and professional.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing needs, and operate with a high degree of initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with modern collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Concur, Workday, etc.).
Experience supporting multiple leaders and coordinating with global teams is a strong plus.
Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the CEO and CPO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications.
Manage international and domestic travel logistics end-to-end, including complex itineraries, visas, accommodations, and expense reporting.
Prepare and edit internal and external communications, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Interface with internal leaders, clients, board members, and stakeholders from our parent company with discretion and a service-oriented approach.
Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of trust and confidentiality.
Coordinate cross-functional priorities, ensuring the executive team is aligned and prepared for meetings and key initiatives.
Support ad hoc administrative needs for other members of the leadership team as needed.
