Role Description

The Support Operations Analyst is a key member of the Support team who is responsible for helping Aderant’s Support Team be more productive, work more efficiently, and deliver better service to our clients.

 

The Operations Analyst works with internal staff ranging from the support team, managers, directors, and senior leadership to provide strategic and tactical support. They help the team achieve ultimate operational efficiency by creating the necessary reports and dashboards and analyzing data to identify trends. The duties include performing a multitude of complex and confidential activities that ensure the operations are handled in a professional and timely fashion. This position demands excellent skills in organization, independent work and teamwork, and time management.

 

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, process oriented, and have a strong attention to detail. A customer service focus and mentality will be important to meet the needs of a growing and dynamic Support team by helping foster enablement and positive change.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred.
•At least 1+ years of Operations experience preferred.
•Strong organizational and planning skills.
•Superior verbal and written communication skills.
•Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
•Excellent proofreading skills.
•Experience working with and discreet handling of confidential information.
•Strong computer and technology skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
•Salesforce report writing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

•Performing research and provisioning of data for strategic planning purposes as well as to support presentations, forecasting and budget compilations.
•Creating and managing standard reports and dashboards for the Support Department in Salesforce and Excel.
•Assembling the necessary reports for management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
•Analyzing support workflows and making suggestions to improve team productivity efficiency.
•Developing, managing, and maintaining the Support department’s standard operating procedures in one central location.
•Subject matter expert for Support personnel on all processes.
•Building strong relationships with consultants, Support leadership, and client teams to provide all parties an efficient experience.
•Coordinating and leading internal and cross departmental meetings and projects.
•Creating and updating emails, letters, reports, and/or spreadsheets using Microsoft tools. The documents could be narrative and/or statistical.
•Proofreading and handling confidential documents.
•Managing Department MS Teams/SharePoint site.
•Performing all other duties as assigned.
