Role Description

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least one year of professional experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills include phone, writing, and listening.
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of the legal industry and/or SaaS technology.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Execute on outbound calling campaigns.
  • Use prospecting strategies, including phone calls and emails, to lead initial outreach to prospects.
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.
  • Determine the prospect's interest(s) in Aderant’s products and services.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls with prospects and scheduling follow-ups with Account Executives.
  • Stay up to date on product offerings, services, and pricing/payment plans.
  • Update and maintain prospect data to support the sales process.
  • Regularly report out results to Marketing and Sales leadership.
