Role Description

This role assists with the maintenance, deployment, and stability of the global product demonstration platform across all product families.  The role will provide frontline support for the Sales and Solution Consulting teams globally, to ensure consistent and reliable access to the systems needed. This individual manages the application of updates as they are released, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring that integrations between and among the various products are un-interrupted. 

Qualifications

  • Comfortable diagnosing application performance and system availability using operating system metrics, logs, and applicable utilities in production environments. 
  • Well versed in Windows-based application environments. 
  • Experience working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server. 
  • Understanding of processes and business functions common in client-server application environments. 
  • Previous use or experience in practice management systems such as Aderant Expert is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with Windows Server administration (including IIS, PowerShell, and Active Directory). 
  • Knowledge of managed service approach and procedures. 
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment. 
  • Curiosity of technology and willingness to learn 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent is preferred

Responsibilities

Routine Maintenance: 

  • Managing logins/new users 
  • Observe and be responsive to monitoring platforms by resolving platform alerts  
  • Help desk functions – fielding inquiries from Users 

Periodic Maintenance: 

  • Coordinate the timing and communication of maintenance windows 
  • Testing/applying updates/patches/hot-fixes to all instances within the demo platform tenant 
  • Assist with environment requirements for trade shows/conferences 

Data Maintenance: 

  • Assist with keeping data current and finalized 
  • Assist with imports and data feeds needed for demo purposes 

Integration Management: 

  • Work with Cloud Operations, Professional Services, and/or Development to deploy customizations to showcase potential integrations between and among the Aderant solutions
