The Client Manager position is field-based, requiring strong face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills. This role focuses on a territory primarily composed of law firms with over 50 attorneys.

The successful Client Manager will demonstrate initiative and apply strong business acumen to conduct thorough needs analyses within their accounts. They will build relationships with senior leaders at each firm, establishing trust by showcasing a deep understanding of Aderant’s products and services. Success in this role relies on the ability to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs while driving growth and fostering long-term partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree or higher ideally with a focus in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sales.
• 3+ years of experience selling to C-levels or to business owners (selling both on-premise and SaaS applications).
• Experience selling ERP solutions preferred.
• Proven sales quota attainment track record.
• Proven new business development skills.
• Excellent forecasting skills.
• Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams, Zoom, and Salesforce.
• Outstanding customer-focused Account Management skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
