Role Description

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for timely billing of all Professional Services based on opportunities/accounts in Salesforce and OpenAir. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Corporate Headquarters (located in Atlanta).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
  • Relevant Experience: Recent graduate to three years in Accounting or Billing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service orientation (both internal & external) and ability to successfully deal with questions and resolve issues.
  • Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle confidential duties, tasks & information.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) experience. Knowledge of Salesforce, Intacct or OpenAir is a plus.
  • Integration of merged & acquired businesses is a plus.
  • Software industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review Professional Services projects in OpenAir.
  • Approve Invoices in OpenAir and prepare invoices in Intacct for delivery.
  • Edit and update the Salesforce customer database and assist with account support.
  • Research issues raised by customers related to their projects and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely invoicing to terms laid out in the Statements of Work and/or Change Orders.
  • Research & maintain monthly reconciliations to management for approval.
  • Assist with month end closing and annual audit(s).
  • Perform Professional Services-related analysis as requested by executive leadership or financial management.
  • Process monthly maintenance renewals and approve sales opportunities in Salesforce for legacy products
  • Other responsibilities and additional ad hoc requests as necessary.
